# Fillout data source

There a 2 fields to fill in :&#x20;

1. **Data source name** : choose a name for your data source : for example my Fillout data source
2. **API key** : use your API key : cf Fillout's API documentation : <https://www.fillout.com/help/fillout-rest-api>
