# PostgreSQL data source

There are 3 fields to fill in :

1. **Data source name** : choose a name for your data source : for example my Postgre data source
2. **Customer agent** : select the customer agent installed on the same machine that your PostgreSQL data base
3. **Connection string** : select the connection string&#x20;
